Pratyush Dadhich popularly known as Tush Dadheech, is the younger son of erudite scholar and noted kathak dancers Padma Shree and SNA Awardee Dr. Puru Dadheech and SnA and MP’s Shikar Samman Awardee Dr. Vibha Dadheech.

 

With a rich experience in the Business Development & Marketing in a few Corporate companies, Tush has been instrumental in extrapolating those marketing principles and the use of modern technology in the field of Art.

 

He has been single-handedly working on bringing the kathak fraternity together to promote their creative pursuits. Creator of initiatives like ‘finding worthy unknown’, ‘let’s bring change’, ‘aaj ka gyan by Tush’, Pratyush has done significant work in getting recognition to many well deserving artists and young dancers.

 

He is Curator of festivals like Ashitih Utsav, Sampurna Ramayan, etc, he has done some extraordinary work and launched many new faces. Tush is actively working towards bringing more artistic opportunities in central part of India and to develop spaces where eminent gurus can come and teach younger generations.

 

He is vocal about the fact that Madhya Pradesh which was once considered as the soil of artists and originator of many gharanas like Tansen’s Sainia gharana, pakhawaj’s Kudausingh Gharana, Baba Allauddin Khan’s Maihar gharana - school of legends like Bharat Ratna Ravi Shankar, etc, Ustad Amir Khan’s Indore Gharana, etc. now doesn’t have even handful young classical artists to name of National level.

 

Pratyush’s efforts are bringing change not just in area but nationally.
